Frequently asked questions

You will receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours of making the booking. This document describes everything once again, and you can view your booking in your personal guest area via the included link. You can also pay for your booking in the guest area.

Unfortunately, babies and children are not allowed in our Boutique rooms.

On the day of arrival, you can check in to the accommodation between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. On departure, you must leave the accommodation by 10:00 AM.

You will receive an email 3 days before arrival with all the information you need for your holiday in Zeeland. This email also states which code you need to open the key safe at the accommodation. If you have not received this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder first.

- Dispose of waste
- Leave the key in the same way you received it.
- Turn the thermostat down to 17 degrees, except for homes with underfloor heating, in which case turn it (back) to 20 degrees.
- Empty the refrigerator
- Put clean dishes and pans back in the cupboards
- Open the window to ventilate.

Leave the accommodation before 10:00 AM.

The payment terms are stated on your booking confirmation; we request that you adhere to these payment term(s).

As soon as Stay by the sea has received your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

You can pay for your booking via the blue payment button in the confirmation email you receive from us. We use the payment platform Mollie; you may see the name Mollie when transferring your payment.

For questions or comments, you can reach Stay by the sea at +31623941760 from 09:00 to 17:00. If we do not answer, we will call you back. After 17:00, you will be forwarded to the emergency phone. This phone is intended exclusively for emergencies!

Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM: contact the local GP/GP practice in the village.
Monday to Friday between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM, contact the Walcheren - Middelburg GP Out-of-Hours Service by telephone +(31) 88- 0228135. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, contact the GP Out-of-Hours Service 24/7.
