We are Natasja & Jorick, proud owners of Stay by the Sea. Together with our children Emma, Evi, and Sem, we live at our completely renovated Boutique Rooms in Zoutelande. A place where our passion for hospitality and our family life come together.
We purchased this property in October, following fire damage, and completely renovated it with much love and dedication. We have transformed what was once damaged into a luxurious and atmospheric boutique where warmth, comfort, and style take center stage. A place where you immediately feel at home and where every detail has been carefully selected.
In addition to our boutique, we rent out several other holiday homes on Walcheren. Hospitality runs in our hearts: we believe it is important that our guests arrive relaxed and leave with beautiful memories.
Besides the rental business, Natasja runs her own beauty salon, Pura Vida. It is currently located in Oostkapelle and will also be moving to Zoutelande starting in July. Jorick is the owner of Heinsius Onderhoud, a contracting and construction company with a large team of skilled professionals. From complete renovations to the maintenance of holiday homes – quality and craftsmanship always come first.
In our free time, we fully enjoy everything Zeeland has to offer: going to the beach with our children, getting out into nature, and creating beautiful memories as a family.
